Delete your
account.
You can delete your Blush account in the app, or request deletion from this page if you cannot open the app.
Delete in the app
The fastest option is the in-app control. It removes your account and associated content right away, except records we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
- Open Blush and go to Me.
- Tap Settings, then Delete account under Account lifecycle.
- Type DELETE to confirm and tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the final prompt. You will be signed out on this device.
Request deletion on the web
If you cannot access the app, send us a deletion request. We will verify that the request relates to your account and process it within 30 days. Do not include your password or a copy of an identity document unless we ask for it through a verified channel.
What is deleted
When an account is deleted, we remove the account and the content associated with it, including:
- Profile details, photos, and avatar uploads.
- Posts, comments, likes, and other content you created.
- Matches, likes-you entries, visitor history, and blocks associated with the account.
- Session tokens stored for the account.
What may be retained
We may retain limited records where the law requires it, where needed to prevent fraud or abuse, or where needed to investigate a safety report. Examples include security logs, report records, and transaction or tax records. Backup copies are purged on a rolling basis. Retained records are not used to recreate your profile.
How long it takes
In the app
The deletion is sent to the service immediately and the session is cleared on the device. Some backup copies may take longer to expire.
By web request
We verify the request and aim to complete it within 30 days. We may contact you if we need more information to identify the account.
