Child safety
policy.
Blush is for adults 18 and older. We do not tolerate child sexual abuse or exploitation, and we act on reports that involve a minor.
Report a child safety concern
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Report content or an account in the app by opening the profile or post menu and choosing Report. You can also email our child safety point of contact at Blushandfeedback@blushiay.com.
Contact child safety1. Our commitment
Blush exists for adults to meet and talk with other adults. We prohibit any use of the service that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. This includes content, messages, profiles, links, and behavior that violate this policy.
We aim to review reports, may remove prohibited content, and may suspend or permanently terminate accounts. We cooperate with law enforcement and report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where required by law.
2. Adults only
Blush is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to create or use an account. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we will remove the account and associated content.
Do not help a minor access Blush, and do not share adult content with a minor.
3. Prohibited content and behavior
We prohibit all child sexual abuse and exploitation, including:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including photos, videos, drawings, AI-generated or altered media, and links to such material.
- Sexualized images or descriptions of minors, including suggestive posing, nudity, and sexualized captions.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, and attempts to contact or meet a minor for a sexual purpose.
- Accounts or messages that encourage, normalize, or facilitate any of the above.
- Sharing a minor's personal information, location, or private images.
This list is not exhaustive. We may remove content or accounts that create a risk to minors even when a specific category is not listed.
4. Reporting
In the app
Open the profile or post menu and choose Report. Choose the closest reason. Profile reports also let you add a short description. In the production app, reports are sent to the service for review. The other person is not told who reported them, except as required by law.
By email
Email Blushandfeedback@blushiay.com with the account name, a link or description of the content, and any supporting details. Do not send copies of illegal material.
5. How we respond
- We aim to prioritize child safety reports.
- We may remove prohibited content and restrict or terminate the accounts involved.
- We preserve relevant records where permitted and necessary for safety, legal, or law-enforcement purposes.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, where required by law.
- We cooperate with valid law-enforcement requests and emergency disclosures.
We may not be able to share the outcome of a report because of privacy and legal limits.
6. Prevention and account controls
Blush provides report controls on profiles and posts and block controls on profiles. You can block an account so you no longer see each other in discovery, likes, and visitors, and you can delete your own account at any time from Me → Settings → Delete account.
We may use age information, report history, and other signals to enforce this policy. We do not claim that every piece of content is reviewed before it appears.
7. Point of contact
Our child safety point of contact is available at Blushandfeedback@blushiay.com. Use the subject line Child safety so the request is routed correctly.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service, the law, or our safety practices change. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use of Blush after an update means you accept the updated policy.
